REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE APPOINTED BY AKALTAKHAT ,

Information regarding the model of Harmandir Sahib in Ganpati poojan at Nasik is as under -:

This model was constructed at the near at Juna Gangapur Naka . We understand that it is near the Panchwati Gurdawara Sahib.

Keeping the model of Harmandir Sahib in the midst of water pool with fishes in the water a Parkarma too has been created where photographs of Sikh Martyrs, Sikh ’s, Historical events etc have been displayed.

Chandoa Sahib and Guru Granth Sahib are also placed at the Palki and 1 Granthi was doing Chor Sahib and 3 Ragi’s were performing Kirtan.

Large Size Moorti’s of Ganesha along with small size Ganesha have been placed and Moorti Pooja is being performed there.

Some Sikh members of the managing committee of Panchwati Gurdawara are involved under the pressure of local politics.

The main person involved is Mahinder Singh Rajput who is clean shaven person.

Video coverage has been undertaken by S. Manpreet Singh an engineer by profession. He is president of Young Sikh Leaders.

This Drama will remain upto 21 st sep which must be stopped immediately.

To ensure that this does not ever happen again we suggest that a letter assuring this from the managing committee of Panchwati Gurudwara on their letter head should be obtained.

This has been going on for the last 4 years and this time was the 5 th year. This was informed to us by a few Prominent of Nasik who knew this did not take care to stop it or inform Sri Guru Singh Sabha or SGPC or AkalTakhat Sahib
