Azure Fundamentals

Azure Fundamentals is designed for individuals looking to learn and demonstrate foundational-level knowledge of cloud services and how those services are provided with Microsoft Azure. The course is intended for individuals with both non-technical and technical backgrounds who want to validate their foundational-level knowledge around cloud services. Technical IT experience is not required; however, some general IT knowledge or experience would be beneficial. As part of this course, it is expected that individuals will take the AZ900 Certification Exam. With this learning path, students will: • Understand cloud concepts • Learn core Azure services • Understand security, privacy, compliance, and trust • Explore Azure pricing and support Azure Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fundamentals

Artificial intelligence has been a revolutionary technology in the IT industry. The demand for AI-related job roles is increasing at an unbelievably fast rate, and the demand for Azure AI engineers is at an all-time high. Candidates for the Azure AI Fundamentals AI-900 certification should have foundational knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and related Microsoft Azure services. With this learning path, students will: • Understand machine learning • Study conversational AI • Learn anomaly detection • Understand responsible AI • Understand computer vision • Explore responsible AI in practice • Learn about natural language processing (NLP) Power Platform Fundamentals

Students can prove they understand the core capabilities of Power Platform – from business value and core product capabilities to building a simple Power Apps canvas app, connecting data sources, automating basic business processes with Power Automate, creating a Power BI dashboard, and creating powerful chatbots with Power Virtual Agents. Students will take the PL-900 certification exam. With this learning path, students will: • Learn the business value and product • Build a Power BI dashboard capabilities of Power Platform • Automate a process with Microsoft Automate • Create a simple Power App • Connect data with Common Data Service Azure Data Fundamentals

Azure Data Fundamentals can be used to prepare for other Azure role-based certifications like Azure Database Administrator Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate, but it’s not a prerequisite for any of them. Students will take the DP-900 certification exam.
