More than a third of likely development in the period of the PNA is in Yeovil, where 1,380 dwellings are expected, including 470 to the north west of the town at Lufton and Brimsmore. This is significantly lower than the total of 2,600 12 dwellings that led to the creation of a gap in provision in Monkton Heathfield, near Taunton. The scale of development in Yeovil, and proximity to existing providers, including the 100 hour pharmacy in Asda, means that this is unlikely to constitute a gap in provision during the period of the PNA. The scale of development in market towns is not expected to create a gap in provision during this period. 13 6.1.4 Necessary services: current provision Pharmacy Code Contract Trading Address Electronic Of which Name Name Prescription Access to NHSmail Number of items on Elastic Post- 100 Service Summary address as prescription electronic Hosiery code Hour available Care Record at 2-6-17 fees paid prescriptions items Bruton 3 High Yes Pharmacy Bruton Street, BA10 (NUMSAS FVK07 Ltd Pharmacy Bruton 0AB No Yes Yes OK) 77453 52806 6 Boots UK Boots Fore Street, BA7 FTF48 Ltd pharmacy Castle Cary 7BG No Yes Yes 72641 46970 2 31 High Day Lewis Day Lewis Street, BA22 FFR15 plc pharmacy Ilchester 8NH No Yes Yes 48549 30699 4 Boots UK Boots Cheapside, TA10 FNV27 Ltd pharmacy Langport 9PH No Yes Yes 80127 529 2 Bestway The Chantry, National Church Chemists Well Street, TA12 FH826 Ltd pharmacy Martock 6JL No Yes Yes 142359 99960 0 Milborne 10 High Port Milborne Street, Yes Pharmacy Port Milborne DT9 (NUMSAS FML59 Ltd Pharmacy Port 5AG No Yes No OK) 44096 6275 2 14 Boots UK Boots West Street, TA11 FD004 Ltd pharmacy Somerton 7PR No Yes Yes 121680 58523 2 6 Market Square, Boots UK Boots South TA13 FGT40 Ltd pharmacy Petherton 5BT No Yes Yes 63529 57871 2 South Petherton South Health Yes John Petherton Centre, TA13 (NUMSAS FME12 Ware Ltd pharmacy Bernard Way 5EF Yes Yes Yes OK) 75359 59967 4 Hamdon Medical Centre, Day Lewis Day Lewis Stoke sub TA14 FLE02 plc pharmacy Hamdon 6QE No Yes Yes 78979 48191 0 Wincanton Health Boots UK Boots Centre, BA9 FWQ87 Ltd pharmacy Dykes Way 9FQ No Yes Yes 106771 69320 5 15 29-31 High Boots UK Boots Street, BA9 FJ403 Ltd pharmacy Wincanton 9JU No Yes Yes 40709 29885 14 Asda Asda Preston BA20 FAP59 Stores Ltd pharmacy Road, Yeovil 2HB Yes Yes Yes 77143 48041 0 Bestway National Chemists Well 67 St John's BA21 FAL04 Ltd pharmacy Road, Yeovil 5NJ No Yes Yes 74200 50697 0 Boots UK Boots 37 Middle BA20 FLY88 Ltd pharmacy Street, Yeovil 1LS No Yes Yes 118034 55704 8 Hendford Lodge Medical Centre, 74 Day Lewis Day Lewis Hendford, BA20 FJG42 plc pharmacy Yeovil 1UJ No Yes No Yes (other) 90162 68880 8 5a The Day Lewis Day Lewis Forum, BA21 Abbey FT109 plc pharmacy 3TL No Yes Yes 47495 36378 2 Manor Park, 16 Yeovil 61b West Yes John Options Coker Road, BA20 (NUMSAS FV219 Ware Ltd pharmacy Yeovil 2JD No Yes Yes OK) 51770 39857 0 L Ryalls Park Rowland Medical & Co Centre, (Retail) Rowlands Marsh Lane, BA21 FXF88 Ltd pharmacy Yeovil 3BA No Yes No 85683 49886 0 Yes Naimans Penn Hill 9 South BA20 (NUMSAS FMQ12 UK Ltd pharmacy Street, Yeovil 1QE No Yes Yes OK) 147484 110492 2 Preston Grove Medical Preddy Preston Centre, Yes Newco Grove Preston BA20 (NUMSAS FG394 Limited pharmacy Grove, Yeovil 2BQ No Yes Yes OK) 109769 47146 4 17 Super- Super- drug drug 15 High BA20 FP032 Stores plc pharmacy Street, Yeovil
