Jean Schmidt, MUR 6494. i On April 30,2012 Rep Schmidt filed a quarterly report with the House Ethics Committee regarding the activities of her legal expense fund.' The report shpw^ that Rep. Schmidt has raised $5000 toward the nearly half a million dollars of illegal payments made on her behalf.^ As demonstrated in my origind complaint, it is irrefutable that the payments made by the Turkish Coalition of America constitute campaign contributions. There are a few specific issues to which I would like to direct your attention. L AOR 2011-20 Since the filing of my complaint and the initiation of MUR 6494, Rep. Schmidt has submitted and withdrawn a letter requesting permission to use campaign funds to refund portions of the payments at issue in MUR 6494 ("AOR 2011-20**)- While the Conunission has been less than candid regarding the conditions under which AOR 2011-20 was withdrawn from the EEC website, it seems clear that it was removed, at least in part, due to a determination that Mr. Gieenberg, one of the subjects of the complaint underlying MUR 6494, was less than completely forthright with the Conunission in the AOR 2011-20 letter.' Specifically, failing to inform the Commission that the legal fees Greenberg claimed to be seeking to pay had in fact already been paid by the Turkish Coalition of America ("TCA**).

If and when the remaining six States recognize the Genocide, all the 50 States of our Union will have officially acknowledged the Genocide. Apparently, not in all cases the sum total of the 50 States make up the Federation. We will still need the recognition of the United States Congress. I am sure that each State had its own select group of people who strived to have their state recognize the Genocide. And as in most-- if not all-- endeavors there is “ the first among equals” who drives the efforts. The work to have a State recognize the Armenian Genocide is a grassroots undertaking. There is no centralized body that has directed or directs these and such efforts. The case was no different with Ohio, the Buckeye State, nicknamed after the trees that were predominant in the State at one time. Vahe H. MATT “BOOM BOOM” ZEGAN WBO No. 3-Ranked Contender – WBC No. 5-Ranked Contender Born on Feb. 8, 1976, in Wroclaw, Poland Height: 5’ 7” Weight: Lightweight (135) Record: 35-1, 20 KOs Matt “Boom Boom” Zegan is hometown guy. He was born and raised in Wroclaw, Poland, and while he could have moved on to brighter lights in Warsaw or outside of his native country, he’s been content to remain at home. “I love my town,” Zegan said. “All my friends and family are there. I’m a regular guy. I can’t see myself living anywhere else.” Zegan says the only thing unconventional about him is his platinum blond-dyed hair and the fact that he has been featured in four Polish films. He was a good soccer player as a child. When asked why he gave up soccer, he gives an incredulous look and says, “As always in Poland, I quarreled with the coach and that was it for me.” At age 11, friends encouraged him to join them at the boxing gym where he took to the sport immediately. Boxing tournaments for Polish youth begin at age 14, and Zegan went on to become a five-time national champion that was undefeated until age 18, racking up over 80 wins. He finished his amateur career with over 300 wins against only 23 losses. Zegan had his eyes on the 2000 Olympics, but British promoter Panos Eliades urged him to turn professional in 1998. Coming from a poor family, it wasn’t an offer he felt he could wait on.
