On a daily basis more than 16,000 volunteers deliver Scouting’s mission of preparing young people to make ethical and moral choices in their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Nearly 55,000 youth members in the Circle Ten Council are provided a safe, structured environment that fosters the initiative to learn and discover, while instilling strong values and morals. e 132,448 hours of service were provided by 984 Eagle Scouts in 2012.
