Potable Water

ANHPOT1 to ANHPOT3

These ongoing agreements are based on the North Lincolnshire Water Act 1969, a deed dated 26 June 1980 and a new deed signed in 1987. There is no termination or renewal date. There is however a five yearly review of the charging mechanism.

ANHPOT4 and ANHPOT5

Supplies of water in connection with lease agreements which commenced on 1 November 1884 for 500 years. Customers agreed with AW for use of their land for a pumping station site in return for an agreed price translating to 1.1p per m3.

Non-potable Water

ANHNONPOT1

This agreement was made for the supply of higher quality water. This agreement was renewed in March 2012 and will now terminate in March 2022.

ANHNONPOT6

This agreement is for the supply of higher quality water. The volumetric rate is based on a weighted average of the agreement’s two-tiered rate. This agreement, started in 2005, was for 11 years but it been extended to 8 October 2016.

Sewerage

There are no special agreements for sewerage.

Trade Effluent

There are no special agreements for trade effluent.

Supplies/services provided to other Appointees

Exports of Water

ANHBWE1

This potable water supply is to Cambridge Water. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.

ANHBWE2a, ANHBWE2b, ANHBWE2c, ANHBWE3, ANHBWE4

These are potable water supplies to Thames Water. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.

ANHBWE5

This supply is to Thames Water. It is a sweetening flow and no charge is levied.

ANHBWE6

This is a potable water supply to the Essex and Suffolk Water area of Northumbrian Water. It was agreed in April 1974 to run in perpetuity. The terms of the agreement are laid down in Section 12 of the Water Act of 1973. This supply is netted off against an import from Essex and Suffolk Water.

ANHBWE7, ANHBWE8, ANHBWE9, ANHBWE10, ANHBWE11

These are potable water supplies to Severn Trent Water. There are no formal agreements in place. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.

ANHBWE12

This is a cost sharing agreement for supply of potable water to Severn Trent Water on an on-going basis. It was agreed in August 1996.

ANHBWE13

This is a potable water supply to Affinity Water Central. It was agreed in 1961 to run in perpetuity. The terms of the agreement are laid down in the Great Ouse Water Act of 1961 and amended by the Great Ouse Water Order of 1971.

ANHBWE14, ANHBWE15, ANHBWE16, ANHBWE17a and ANHBWE17b

These are potable water supplies to Independent Water Networks. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.

ANHBWE18

This is a potable water supply to SSE Water. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.

Sewerage services supplied

ANHBSSS1, ANHBSSS4, ANHBSSS5

These sewerage services, agreed in January 2008, October 2007 and September 2009 respectively for 25 years, are supplied to Independent Water Networks. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.

ANHBSSS2, ANHBSSS3

These are cost sharing agreements, agreed in April 2010, for sewerage service supplied to Thames Water. Both were scheduled to end in April 2015, but have now been extended to March 2020.

ANHBSSS6

This agreement dated 14 November 2013 is for the supply of sewerage service to SSE Water for 25 years. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.

ANHBSSS7

This agreement dated 5 July 2011 is for the supply of sewerage service to SSE Water for 25 years. Supplies charged at standard tariffs up to 2014-15; standard wholesale tariffs apply from 2015-16.
