As a representative of your county and legislative district, you will influence an historic election year in our state and nation. For eight months we have seen unprecedented interest in the Republican candidates and issues: record TV audiences for GOP debates, record turn-out by voters in state-by-state contests and scores of unhappy Democrats and independents moving to the Republican side. For eight years, Americans have suffered under a President whose policies have resulted in economic stagnation, international instability, and a divided nation. Under President Obama, our citizens have been wooed into a socialist mindset. The Democratic Party has moved so far left that our American way of life is under threat. For four years, our state’s citizens have suffered under a Governor who cannot govern, who allows dangerous criminals out of prison early, who makes motorists sit for hours in traffic jams polluting the air--even as he claims to be the “greenest governor”. Governor Inslee can’t even lead his out-of-control House majority to pass a budget, so our schools and economy suffer. This election year, we have the opportunity to turn around Washington State and the nation. Together we CAN win the Governor’s race, hold the State Senate and take over leadership in the State House. The entire country will watch as we turn our “blue” state RED. What a year to be a delegate at the state convention! Please come early and take full advantage of the great program we have to offer.
