III. Conditions A) 72 holes of stroke play (4 rounds)
Thursday ‐ 19th May, 1st Round 18 holes Friday ‐ 20th May, 2nd Round 18 holes Saturday ‐ 21st May, 3rd and 4th Round, each 18 holes
For the 3rd and 4th round the players with the best 50 results and ties over the first 36 holes will qualify. The remainder will be eliminated. In the event of a tie for the first place the winner will be decided by a hole‐by‐hole playoff. For any further tie the winners will be decided based on the final stipulated 36, 18, 9, 6, 3 holes or last hole, in that order.
B) The Championship is to be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as Approved by the R & A Rules Limited & USGA., and the Local Rules as approved by the Championship Committee.
C) The ball the player uses must be listed on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by The R&A Rules Limited & USGA. Penalty for breach of this Condition: Disqualification
D) Driving Clubs Any driver the player carries must have a club head, identified by model and loft that is named on the current List of Conforming Driver Heads issued by the R&A & USGA. Penalty for making stroke with club in breach of condition: Disqualification

IV. Eligibility Amateurs – men, who are members of a Golf Club that is member of National Association / Federation / Union. Exemptions The following will be exempt from the ballot provided this satisfies the handicap requirements: ‐ The Slovenian Golf Association nominates ten (10) players.
V. Limit of exact 90 Competitors shall be eligible to compete, with an exact handicap of 4,4 strokes or handicap and better, certified by the respective Handicap authority and must be validated on the entries date of entry. If the number of entries exceeds 90, places in the starting field will be decided by handicap ballot.
VI. Nations Cup Teams consist of 3 players of the same nationality, 2 best results per day and per round will count. Each country can enter two teams.
Teams must be named before Competition, one the day before the start of Championship until 03.00 p.m.
The Competition will take place on the first 2 days (19th, 2oth); stroke play, each day 18 holes. After 36 holes played the winner is the team with the best result.
In the event of a tie for the first place the winning team shall be decided by better result from the best team member. In case of other ties the better result on last 36, 18, 9, 6, 3, 1 hole will decide.
VI Prizes The winners will receive the Challenge trophy of the Slovenian Golf Association up to the third rank. ‐ International Slovenian Men’s Championship ‐ Nations Cup 1st –3rd place ‐ International Slovenian Men’s Amateur Championship 1st – 3rd place

VIII. Entries Entries must be made on the official Entry Form only.
The Golf Association of Slovenia must receive entry Form not later than Monday, 2nd May 2016 till 12:00 a.m., by e‐mail or fax fully completed.
Entrants must in all respects conform to the Rules of Amateur Status and shall sign the declaration to that effect contained in the Entry Form. Entry Fee: 120 EUR (official practice day, gala dinner after 2nd day are included).
Participants are kindly requested to pay this amount on arrival at the Administration and Information centre at the golf club. In case the participant does not pay the fee, he will be not allowed to compete.

Registration: All Players must register at the reception Bled Golf Course on the day before the Championship until 03.00 p.m.
A competitor who does not register up to this date and time is liable to be withdrawn from the championship. If a player is unable to register personally, a registration by another person, via fax or e‐mail will be accepted.
