Notice is hereby given of a Meeting of Sheviock Parish Council, to be held at the Methodist Church Schoolroom, Crafthole, Cornwall on Monday March 14th 2016 Meeting commencing at 7.00pm.

Members of the press and public are invited to attend, pursuant to the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960. FINANCE a) To receive details of cheques and payments to be approved for March (Circulated to Members) Clerk b) To RESOLVE and sign the cheques and approve the online bank payments covering clerk’s wages/expenses/Dog Warden’s wages/Cleaner’s wages/external purchases for February. All c) To receive the reconciled bank statements for February, to be signed by two Councillors. (Circulated to Members) d) To RESOLVE to accept the Clerk’s recommendation to purchase the necessary equipment to present Planning Applications at Meetings from Torpoint Computers at a cost of £585, to include installation.
