Bosch and The Block NZ Private House Tour Promotion Terms and Conditions of Entry

PRIZE DRAW IS TO WIN 2 TICKETS TO JOIN BOSCH HOME APPLIANCES ON AN ESCORTED PRIVATE HOUSE TOUR OF THE BLOCK NZ HOMES.

1. Promoter: BSH Home Appliances Ltd of Unit F, 4 Orbit Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0632.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the prize draw, entrants accept they must be available in the weeks commencing 3rd of September or 10th of September 2018 and able to make their own way to The Block NZ location in Hobsonville Point, Auckland. The prize is as stated and does not include transport or accommodation. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The timing of the prize experience cannot be changed except by MediaWorks.

3. Nature of The Block NZ Private House Tour: Winners will be required to meet at the time specified by Bosch Home Appliances and Media Works at the address provided in the weeks commencing 3rd of September or 10th of September 2018. Failure to meet at that time could result in the prize being forfeited. The escorted private house tour is estimated to take 1 hour duration. All health & safety and instructions provided by MediaWorks are to be followed on site.

4. How to enter: You must complete the online entry form in full, providing name and contact details. One entry per person will be accepted. The online form must be submitted before the deadline specified below. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your entry submission, if you do not receive this email please contact Spruik to check receipt of entry. 5. Deadline: Entry Documents must be received by the Promoter by 8pm, Thursday 23 August 2018. Entries received after this date will not be processed and no entry in to the prize draw made. The Promoter accepts no liability for entries that are incomplete, illegible, incorrectly completed, lost or misdirected.

6. Prize Draw: Prize draw will take place Monday 27 August 2018, at the Promoter’s agency offices; Spruik, Building I, 4 Orbit Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, New Zealand. Please allow up to 5 working days from the closing date of entries to be contacted. Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email address.

7. Privacy: The Promoter may collect personal information in order to administer the Promotion, the product warranty, for its own marketing purposes and for market analysis. The Promoter may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers. The Promoter will not otherwise disclose your personal information unless you have been informed or you have consented or the Promoter is otherwise permitted or authorised to do so by law. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. Personal information provided upon entry will be held by the Promoter at Unit F, 4 Orbit Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0632. Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have the right to request access to and correction of all personal information held about you. Any enquires regarding this information should be directed to the Product and Communications Manager, BSH Home Appliances Ltd, PO Box 33-1033, Takapuna, Auckland 0740, New Zealand.

8. BSH employees: The Promotion is not open to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (or their associated agencies).

9. Verification:The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claimants (including a claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their entry(s). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

10. Discretion: The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Conditions.

11. Transferability: Entries are not transferable or assignable.

12. Implied Guarantee: Nothing in these Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act, as well as any other non-excludable warranties under applicable consumer protection laws in New Zealand where a purchase is made (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

13. Liability: Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage suffered as a result of the promotion or use of the prize, (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in an entry to that stated in these Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant.

14. Modifications:If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

15. Laws: These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New Zealand.
