TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 1995 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 8

I give notice that Power Limited are applying to County Council for planning permission to extend the time limit to implement permission (L.07/08/856 W) to infill the B station borrow pit lake with 1.6 million tonnes of unsold PFA (pulverised fuel ash) and FBA (furnace bottom ash) derived from Rugeley Power Station at Rugeley Power Station, Power Station Road, Rugeley.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with it at Development Services Directorate, Riverway, , ST16 3TJ, the offices of District Council, District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield, Staffordshire, or Rugeley Library, Anson Street, Rugeley, Staffordshire, during all reasonable hours until 26 August 2010.

The documents are also available on the Staffordshire Planning Portal www.staffordshire.gov.uk/planning. Go to the Application Register, enter the application number and click on the ‘documents’ tab.
