Organic Farmers’ Market: Thursdays - 2 to 7 p.m. The market now takes place YEAR-ROUND on Thursdays, 2 to 7 p.m. (The market moves indoors during the winter). Meet organic farmers and buy local produce, bread, meat, cheese, honey, prepared food, and more! You can pick up your groceries and stay for dinner. Free parking is available on site.

Free Guided Tours: 90-minute informative and engaging tours designed for people to gain a greater understanding of plants, the natural landscape, landscape design and the history of designated public gardens.

SUMMER SYMPHONY SERIES

Beginning Wednesday June 18th, guests are invited to a unique performance by Toronto Concert Orchestra. Every Wednesday evening throughout the summer, visitors are welcome to enjoy a relaxing drink on the patio, delicious selections from the Casa Loma Terrace Grill, and outstanding live music in the castle gardens. For Family Caregivers

Fall Retreat for Caregivers

Alzheimer Society of Toronto presents a Fall Retreat for Caregivers, a series of hands- on, interactive workshops.

These Saturday sessions are designed for family members of individuals living with dementia, who may work during the week and not be able to attend regular programs at the Society. Sessions will include an exploration of various forms of expressive art (poetry, painting and collage), the practice of basic relaxation and mindfulness techniques (meditation, visualization) as well as an opportunity to discuss caregiving experiences with peers.

No previous art or writing experience required. Participants are encouraged to attend all 6 sessions. Participants will leave recharged, refreshed, and rejuvenated!

Subway

The St. Patrick stop on the Yonge-University-Spadina line is the closest stop to the AGO entrance. The closest accessible stop is Queen's Park (College Street) or Osgood (Queen Street).

Exit the subway station and walk west on Dundas St W towards Simcoe Street. You will pass the Village by the Grange building on the left. At McCaul Street, you will see the AGO on the left hand side. It is 3 blocks from University or a 5 minute walk to the AGO from St. Patrick station.
