It supplies the hot water for the wet central heating system and all the other hot water requirements for the cottage. From here the rear external door leads into the back garden area with a patio, the perfect place to enjoy the evening sun.

Also on the ground floor is a wet room, finished with wet wall board and ceramic tiles and a spacious lounge which faces south with windows both to the south and east making it a light and bright space.
