Buses Stagecoach buses operate within the local area. The bus stops at the entrance of the park where you can either go south to Portpatrick or north to . Route numbers 58, 60, 358, 360. For timetable information contact reception or visit www.stagecoachbus.com/timetables

Car Garage The nearest car garage and fuel station is located in Ballantrae. 24hr fuel with credit card

Dishwasher To turn on, press ON button and then select program of choice with LED and close the door. A small number of dishwasher tablets are provided to get you started.

Emergency Contact Contact the Duty Manager on 01465 891233. For emergencies outwith reception opening times call 07775 792721 and leave a message with the nature of the emergency. Call 999 for all life threatening emergencies.

Heating All lodges have central heating boilers similar to those at home. This can either be controlled using the wall thermostats or the boiler controls. If you wish to the set heating timer on boiler: 1. Set actual time by rotating dial 2. Push in pins for the ON period 3. Set the timer

Laundry The laundry is located in the stone amenity building on the south side of the entrance barrier. Open 9am-5pm daily Liquid tabs only. Coin operated washers and dryers. £1 and 20p's required. Please do not place any damp or wet items of clothing, towels etc over radiators or furnishings in the lodges

Pets Dogs must be kept on short leads at all times whilst on the park. Cats and dogs must be house trained. Pets must never be allowed onto furniture and must never be left alone in the lodge

Spa Facilities Open from 9am daily Close Monday to Saturday 9pm Sunday 8pm Last entry to facilites 8.30pm (7.30pm Sunday) Facilities include infinity swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam and treatment rooms. Please bring your towel from your lodge. Towel hire available.

All guests using the gym require an induction with a ftiness instructor prior to using the gym equipment - this should be booked in advance of usage to avoid disappointment. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Trains The closest train station is located in the town of Girvan offering trains to Stranraer and Ayr. Transfer at Ayr for trains to/from Central.

Treatments We offer a wide variety of spa and beauty treatments using products from Thalgo, Decléor, Jessica and Mii. From a hot stones back massage to a rejuvenating facial our treatment tariff has a great selection of treatments for Men and Woman. Treatment menu available from Reception. Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
