REACH Certificate of Compliance REACH Certificate of Compliance Western Digital Products March 14, 2021 Western Digital products are in compliance with European Union Regulation 1907/2006 on the Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Based on information provided by our suppliers, Western Digital designates the products listed in this certificate as REACH compliant for orders based on or after the date of this certification. REACH compliant means that: Our products are not intended to release substances during normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) comprise the updated candidate list released by the European Chemicals Agency on June 25, 2020. Western Digital provides customers with information on SVHC contained in products in concentration above 0.1% by weight in the listed article in the product. The table below lists SVHC that may be contained in an article. The attached Product Table references which of the listed SVHC may be present in a particular listed product.
