10/15 dated 17th September, 2015, Ms. Umm E Farwah D/o Rashid Ahmad r/o 27-

A, Alpha Society Canal Bank, Road, Lahore is hereby appointed as Lecturer in Home

Economics (BS-17), on regular basis.

2. Upon her appointment as Lecturer in Home Economics (BS-17), she is hereby posted as Lecturer in Home Economics (BS-17) at Govt. Degree College for

Women, Mustafabad, Kasur against a vacant post, with immediate effect.

3. The appointment of above mentioned selectee is made subject to the following conditions, in addition to terms & conditions already accepted by her:-

i) She will assume her duty at place of posting within 15 days positively. ii) Her documents/degrees well be verified from the issueing College/University by the concerned Principal/Director of Education (Colleges). In case, the documents/degrees are found to be faked, her appointment will stand terminated automatically. Legal action shall also be taken against her by lodging an FIR with the concerned Police Station. iii) She will be entitled to draw salary from the date of her joining in response to this appointment/posting order and no TA/DA shall be paid.
