Specializing in smaller events with full on-site at homes & pop-up dinners featuring local breweries & distilleries working with friends of a craft cocktail mixologist group. Chef | Nosh Tavern 2013 - 2016 Opened up and ran this 82 seat modern american comfort style restaurant. Focus was on local and seasonal ingredients. All fresh food, made in house. Not even a freezer on the property. Hand-cut and ground all meats, baked pastries and , made all condiments and sauces, etc. Craft cocktail menu features house-infused liquors with fresh made shrubs/simple syrups and rotating craft beers. Won multiple “best of” awards for the area and south of Boston.

Chef | Boylston Restaurant Group 2007 – 2012 Head chef for this restaurant group. Helped open restaurant with a focus on fresh bbq style food with a roadhouse feel. Also launched a full-service catering company specializing in bbq style catering. As well, I helped with recipe cards, procedure sheets, menu design and costing for Whiskey’s in Boston, one of the groups restaurants.

Chef | Rita’s Catering 2002 – 2007 Head chef at this large full-service catering company. Oversaw 2 corporate cafes while running events on-site including upscale weddings, parties and large corporate events for up to 2,500 people. Was in charge of complete menu design, ordering and execution of events.
