Committee Reports i. Finance Report not available at this time ii. Waste Management discussed. Leona Gillette and Joe Park were asked to leave because of possible conflict of interest. It was generally agreed that the strategy as currently put forward may not be the best for this area and that further discussion was required at all levels.

iii. Review of Constitution: Presented by Josh Carey; changes discussed. Proposed document available by contacting Josh Carey.Article XI 11.1 regarding how many member councils it would take to make a quorum was discussed at length and it was decided to bring this issue to the AGM.
