It is the one and only restaurant in North Manchester that offers sri-lankan cuisine as well as traditional Indian food. The King Cobra Indian restaraunt really does stand IFCO Centre out amongst many of the restaraunts on the 'Curry Mile'(Wilmslow Rd). I discovered this restaurant only Wilmslow Road recently through a friends recommendation. After Rusholme sampling many of the Indian restarants in the area Manchester M14 5TQ and coming away feeling that I had been served indian ready meals from the microwave, I was about 0161 2489999 to give up. The food tasted fresh and was extremely tasty and the traditionally dressed Sri Lankan waiters were always happy and ready to help. I came away knowing most of the staff by name and an eagerness to be sat on a beach in Sri Lanka.
