Position Description Reports & responsible to: Game Producer, Manitoba Moose

Position summary: Responsible for the creation and execution of video and graphic elements utilized in conjunction with Manitoba Moose games and other MTS Centre events, as assigned. Production elements include, but are not limited to, content creation and execution for Manitoba Moose in-game production, moosehockey.com as well as video production requirements for events outside the MTS Centre (community initiatives, True North presentation requirements, etc.).

Detailed Responsibilities: • The design, creation, development and execution of visual media products for Manitoba Moose games and other MTSC events, as assigned, including shooting, editing and formatting video, creation of still, animation graphics and other visual media elements. • Specific emphasis on creative development of visual media content to support the Manitoba Moose Hockey Club. • Operate MTS Centre production equipment (LED boards / NLE / Expressions, etc.) at events, as required. • Work with TNSE website personnel to provide content for use on moosehockey.com. • Create and deliver visual media corporate sponsorship activation requirements at Manitoba Moose games and other events, as assigned. • Preparation of Manitoba Moose game production requirements to meet the needs of ticket sales, corporate sales, marketing, hockey operations, community relations, event marketing, and other departments, as required. • Work with Producer, Manitoba Moose along with TNSE Visual Production team to plan and execute video shoots, as required, to support the Winnipeg Jets & Manitoba Moose and MTS Centre, as required (interviews, player profiles and special events).

• Ensure the appropriate maintenance and organized storage of

• Attendance at all Manitoba Moose home games and other MTS Centre events, as required, to ensure the successful execution of all visual media and production components. • Organization and maintenance of extensive Manitoba Moose and MTS Centre event video archive. • Work in conjunction with the Manager, Visual Media Production to ensure the highest standards of team and organizational branding are achieved. • Execute and deliver timely and accurate logs for various LED properties within MTS Centre with an emphasis on Manitoba Moose games. Work with Producer, Manitoba Moose, along with AHL to utilize league branded videos and marketing campaigns. Qualifications: • Combination of experience and educational background in video, graphic and event production. • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Superior attention to detail. • Video skills required; strong understanding for shooting, editing, and overall video production. • Extensive knowledge of Adobe After Effects with understanding of 2D and 3D graphics. • Basic knowledge of Cinema4D and working with 3D environments. • Motion graphics design experience required. • Ability to learn and adapt to other MTS Centre visual media software. • Ability to work as a positive contributor to a creative team in a high- paced sports and entertainment environment. • The capacity to prioritize competing demands in a diverse and evolving environment, independently managing deadlines and corresponding workload. • Attendance at all Manitoba Moose home games and various other events to execute production requirements. • Passion for hockey and knowledge of other professional sports is considered an asset. • Sound interpersonal skills and judgment to aid in management of relationships with various clients, suppliers subordinates, peers and supervisors as required in this role. • Very strong organizational skills to stay on task and effectively manage competing demands towards successful and timely completion of projects.
