Some soiling on cover and few pages loose. 150 281 Photograph c.1898 rare original photograph of 11 jockeys including a young Bobby Lewis about 20 years old. Only a part of the photograph remains intact, but a significant and historic Australian photo from the period. {Bobby Lewis rode over 900 winners, he and Harry White are the only jockeys to have won four Melbourne Cups}. 100 Lot 282 282 Print 'Mermaid' and 'Romula', coloured lithograph by Frederick Woodhouse (1820-1909), printed by E.Whitehead & Co. Very attractive, 72cm tall, 38cm wide. Maker's mark an "M" within eight-pointed star, with reference number "5709". 1,200 Lot 289 289 Vesta Case in silver with enamel horse & jockey, hallmarked Birmingham 1881 with maker's mark 'JHT'.
