NOTE.—(a:) Each holding when vested in the purchaser shall continue to have appurtenant thereto, and to be subject to, as the case may be, any previously existing easements, rights and appurtenances. ; (b) In the case of Beg. No. 3 the sum set out as rent is the part of the original rent of £18 Os. lid., payable in respect of the 'entire holding, which has been apportioned to the portion thereof in the occupation of Mary Jane Alexander, pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (c) of the Act. The remainder of the original holding has been treated !as separate holdings and these are set out at Beg. Nos. 52 and 53 above. In the case of Beg.
