My leadership style is I set examples for my employees, not because I am the “boss” I get to just send out orders and expect them to get done.

I chose computer service for my business because I have a passion for computers, which motivated me to further my studies in which gave me the ambition to work and be where I am today. Information Technology, obtaining the knowledge over the years of studying and experience it only made sense to find a career in doing something that I am not only knowledgeable in, but also love. I don’t really have a favorite author I read mostly stuff that deals with technology. The best way I have found to market my product is by advertisement which is one of the best ways. My rates and products are reasonable and great quality. The customers will only be aware of it if you bring the promotion to them. We made this possible by having newspaper ads and giving out flyers in areas that is heavily trafficked by people of all ages. I think college is excellent! College got me where I am at today. I am not into joint venturing, I believe in doing my own thing; there is less confusion. The most influential person in my life would have to be my dad. He started out with an entry level position at a young age and with hard work and dedication made his way to the top. His motivation, drive and constant reminder that the only person who can hold you back in life is yourself. The best people to be part of my team is my family, business, so we try to keep it in the family the best way we could. The most important piece of advice I can give a young entrepreneur who have interest to start their own business is that it will be difficult, do not expect to become a millionaire by the time your thirty years old. There will be hardship where quitting may seem like the only plausible option; but do not give up and remember that at the end of every storm is a shining sun. Being a part of the fraternal order could be of great assistance to the order technology wise and would make communication to the fraternal order much easier. ======
