th In the world of wine and wine education, the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club has been on the front line of wine education Sunday, May 15 , 2011 and wine programs. In the last three years, the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club and its manager, Oliver Boudin, CCM, have created a unique event that is worth mentioning. 2008 marked the beginning of the Wine Retreat at the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club for the 7:15am Breakfast Oklahoma/Kansas Chapter. Coming from the Lone Star Chapter in Texas, Mr. Boudin asked them to join his new Chapter in supporting 8:00am Beer Me! this event. The format for the event is relatively simple and the goal has not changed over the last three years. Folks have been making beer since at least 3,500 B.C., so why can’t you? Those folks didn’t even have the wheel, yet th th Mark your Calendars on May 15 , 2011 and plan to join this exciting event. The 4 Annual Wine Retreat has a diverse agenda they were able to enjoy a cold frosty one on a hot desert day. But you still have to head down to the corner store and lay including speakers and education from every aspect of the beverage industry. We are excited to announce that this year’s event will down your hard earned cash every time you get a craving for a good barley pop. Well, no more! The crack culinary at include the first appearance on American Soil of Emmanuel Manceau and The Wine TV Show. Giving a new meaning to an Interactive Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club will teach you every step of the beer making process in a hands-on session dinner this will surely be an exciting cap to an educational day! Throughout the day, Emmanuel will bring a first rate perspective of featuring four different popular beer styles. With the rising popularity of the craft beer and home brew culture, this class legendary Bordeaux and the renowned Loire Valley. Also joining the program are Michael Keenan from Keenan Winery and Valerie will be an indispensable and memorable feature of the 2011 Retreat. WHO WANTS TO BE A SAINT EMILLIONAIRE? 3:30pm Afternoon Break Object of the Game: The teams have to choose the correct answer to a wine related question amongst four possibilities. Each correct answer adds another bottle of Saint-Emilion to the viticultural Jackpot. 3:45pm Loire Valley Emmanuel returns to in a whole new region as he takes attendees through a tasting and education of Loire Valley THE WEAKEST DRINKERS The team will take turns answering random wine questions and between turns the team will “dismiss” their teammate of choice! 5:15pm Break at Hotel

6:30pm Wine Reception Michael Keenan Founded in 1974, the Robert Keenan Winery has long been appreciated in Napa Valley.
