Paper General II-(200 Science. marks) Duration : Two hours Comprehension; Interpersonal skills including communication skills; Logical reasoning and analytical ability; Decision making and problem solving; General mental ability; Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) (Class X level), Data Noteinterpretation 1 : (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc. — Class X level); Paper-II of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will be a qualifying paper with Note 2 minimum: qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
