To follow are the Full Service Catering Menus with pricing. Please note these are only suggestions. Feel free to mix and match to come up with ideas of your own, and we will be happy to put together a custom proposal.

Typically, our crews arrive 3 hours before serve time, (6 hours for Pig Roasts) and serve (buffet style) for up to 3 hours. The food is cooked on site and our packages include disposable paper goods, condiments, covered/skirted buffet tables, trash cans and trash removal. We leave you all of the leftovers; nobody goes home hungry!

For more formal events, we offer various tableware packages which are located in the Reinforcements section of these menus. If your event requires additional services, we will be able to provide a quote once we know all the specifics.

We are comfortable handling food allergies and dietary restrictions. Just let us know if anyone in your party needs a separate meal or how we can help.
