HOUSE DRESS RULES
South West Rocks Country Club prides itself on excellence and its doors are open for members and their guests. Our dress regulations aim to ensure this standard is maintained for the comfort of all members with clean and tidy dress required at all times.
Contemporary standards and common sense are the grounding principles of the dress code. Dress rules apply to children 15 years and older. Children aged 14 years and younger are required to dress in neat and age appropriate attire.
Dress NOT permitted at any time:
• Football shorts or short shorts that expose the buttocks or crouch when walking, sitting or standing. • No Revealing or provocative or immodest clothing • Overalls or soiled work attire • Offensive T-shirts • Gentlemen are not allowed to wear singlets or sleeveless tops • Untidiness, faded or frayed clothing • Barefoot. (Exclusions are made to barefoot bowls) • Swimwear, bathers, bikini tops or similar beachwear • Leotards / bike shorts • Football/soccer or studded boots • Bandanas, caps and beanies and other forms of non-religious headwear. Medical headwear is allowed. • Jewellery & accessories which can be used as a weapon (i.e knuckle busters, large dress rings, studded belts/collars. • No Men’s headwear • Fancy dress costumes need to be pre-approved by management
Obscene or offensive language or clothing will not be tolerated.
Dress thongs are permitted
Appearance must be clean, neat and tidy always. Club management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone if, in their opinion, their standard of dress or behaviour is considered unsuitable for South West Rocks Country Club.
