3/4 teaspoon salt 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 Directions Preheat oven to 250° F. Grease a baking sheet. In a mixing bowl, whip together egg whites and vanilla until light and frothy. Stir in the 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 pecans. In a large, sealable plastic bag, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the pecan mixture to the dry mixture, and toss until thoroughly coated. 28 29 30 31 Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
