OWNERSHIP DETAILS ➢ The owner of each allotment is specified in Schedule 1. ➢ The tenure of the land and details of any trust, reservation, dedication or other restriction affecting the land is stated in Schedule 1. ➢ Crown Lands SA has requested to be notified prior to the District Council of Orroroo Carrieton undertaking any development work or change of dedicated use in relation to properties that are owned by the Crown and are under Council’s care and control. PURPOSE FOR WHICH LAND IS HELD ➢ Provision of recreation and/or sporting facilities. REASON WHY MANAGEMENT PLAN IS REQUIRED ➢ This land has been specifically modified or adapted for the benefit or enjoyment of the community. ➢ This land is currently, or may in the future be, subject to a lease or licence. ➢ To meet Legislative requirements as per Section 196 of the Local Government Act 1999 on the basis that the land the subject of this plan has been specifically modified or adapted for the benefit or enjoyment of the community Section 196 (1)(b).
