Developmental activities (Gogte Institute of Technology) Machine shop/Basic workshop-Designed and developed the lab Production Center-Initiated and Developed the center Industrial Engineering lab – Designed and developed the lab. Power Hydraulics lab – Designed and developed power hydraulics lab and set up Herion-Escort Hydraulics systems under AICTE grant(Rs10, 00,000). Others: Responsible for maintenance of machines and equipments of I&P Department. Developed many fabrications for Gogte Institute of Technology,Belgaum.
12. Research Work: Title of Ph.D work: Design, Analysis and Development of gauging system for River/Stream/Channel/Canal using product engineering approach.
The system developed is integration of mechanical, electrical, civil and electronics engineering and is being used by Government of Karnataka. It is only one of its kind in India and is appreciated by Karnataka Government officials and World Bank team. It addresses the present burning issue of river water sharing among states. It has Socio-economical and educational benefit.
