2. Reservations, Payments & Cancellation Policies

 All bookings must be PRE-PAID in full 20 DAYS prior to client’s arrival, otherwise the reservations will be CANCELLED if payment is not received except for those agencies that have a credit approval.  Any reservation of 10+ passengers will be considered a group booking. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required in order to process the reservations. Full payment must be received 30 DAYS prior to group arrival.  Invoice will be issued prior to client’s arrival, sent by Email, and full payment is then required. All original invoices will be sent by mail once payment is received.  Payment:  Payments and deposits must be sent to our bank account in Miami, Florida, via bank transfer or a check in USA dollars payable in USA bank. A copy of either transfer or check must also be send by Email: [email protected] to our main office. For all payments the depositor assumes USD $ 20.00 additional cost of the bank transfer.  Payment by credit card: Please send by Email a fill-out form of authorization for the use of the credit card, properly signed with your full disclosure, the quantity in dollars, name, company and the reference to your passenger’s name, or the number of the invoice. Also you must specify the type of credit card you are using (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) and the expiration date. 5% will be charged to the total amount due for all payments made by credit card.  Service charge: A commission of 10% will be charge for certain hotels and local transportation that do not provide NET rates.  Cancellations: Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to client’s arrival will be considered a NO-SHOW, and is subject to the penalties imposed by hotels and other service suppliers.  Cancellations must be done at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled services. For any kind of reimbursement we will deduct the cost of the bank commission (depends if your payment is done from America or from Europe) or the charge of the credit card company (5%) and the cost of sending the money.  No refunds will be made directly to clients in Nicaragua for any cancellation or modification. When necessary refunds will be sent directly to the agency.  Children from 2-11 years old, have a 50% discount on tours and transfers NET rates. Special children’s rates apply on circuits and packages, and will be quoted upon request.  All rates shown are NET and in U.S. dollars.  All hotel rates are on a per room / per night basics and include the government room tax. Some beach hotel rates are on per person / per night.  Green Season is considered from May 1ST through to November 30TH and High Season from December 1ST through to April 30TH. Some hotels consider July, August and September to be high season and there might be some modifications in the rates.

Rafting Tour on the Tuma River, Matagalpa

Experience the new Adventure Tour in Nicaragua. Rafting on the Tuma River, Matagalpa, one the most pristine rivers and wild and natural rapids in the country! Rafting is an exciting activity and it does not take experience to participate. We have world class equipment and our guides will give the safety instructions before and during the tour. Each participant will have his life vest and helmet. In the rafts carry dry bags to store the objects they carry. The rivers more accessible we practice are the Tuma River rafting and Old River.

The Tuma River is one of the famous rivers of Nicaragua. Born in the lake area Apanas Jinotega and the Sea, its route becomes the Rio Grande de Matagalpa. Our tour in the river is 15 kilometers and takes about 5 hours. Sign in populated Tuma to the El Polo in the municipality of El Tuma - La Dalia. The rapids are varied and 2.3 classes and some class 4. The natural environment and forests on the banks of the river also make this journey of adventure is a journey to enjoy life as wild birds, monkeys and sloths.
