When making your plans for the food and beverage, please remember that ARAMARK Convention Centers & Cultural Attractions has exclusive rights within the Baltimore Convention Center to provide, control and retain all food and beverages services throughout the facilities for events including concessions, the sale of alcohol, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, and to provide, control and retain any revenues therefore. As such, any requests for importing food and beverages will be at ARAMARK’s discretion and will be considered on a case by case basis. Please inquire with your ARAMARK sales professional. We offer a complete selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to compliment your booth. Please note that Maryland Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulates alcoholic beverages and services. ARAMARK, as licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations.  No person under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages.  No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises from outside sources.  We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or underage.  No alcoholic beverage may be removed from the premises.

++Bartending: a minimum of one bartender is required for all specialty beverage services. Fee is $150.00 per bartender with a four- hour minimum; each additional hour thereafter is $45.00 per hour. Bars will be set-up based on number of beverages ordered.

Booth Services Menu 2009 PAYMENT POLICY Any unique or specialty orders can be accommodated, provided all arrangements and contracts are finalized three (3) weeks prior to the event date. All advance food and beverage orders must be accompanied by full payment either by credit card or company check. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL TO GUARANTEE SERVICES. GUARANTEE A final commitment for services is required (72) seventy-two working hours prior to the date and time of service. If no alterations are made and confirmed in writing before this time, services will be conducted as per the last stated agreement. CANCELLATION Cancellations made within seventy two (72) business hours of the event will be assessed a charge of up to one hundred (100%) of the total order value, including fees and taxes. DON’T FORGET If you are having catering in a booth or on the show floor, you are responsible for providing: • Electrical for Water Cooler, Coffee Kit, Popcorn Machine, etc. • Area within your booth for placement of your order. • Scully Area – some services require a “behind the scenes” area for service (storage, clearing, set-up, etc.). Please discuss effective solutions (such as pipe and drape) which are available to you through your show decorator. • All prices are based on a “drop-off/disposable ware” service. FEES • Labor fees and equipment rentals are subject to 6% sales tax • A courtesy discount of 10% will be extended to all orders received over 30 business days prior to the first scheduled service • Catering orders or re-orders totaling less than $200 (excluding service charge and sales tax) will incur a $45 delivery fee. • All Food and Beverages are subject to 21% Service Charge and 6% Sales Tax.

It will take ARAMARK approximately 60 minutes to refresh additional on-site services. ARAMARK can not guarantee the same items if replenishment is needed.
