From Manhattan Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway. Take the LIE (East) to exit 43 (South Oyster Bay Road). Make a left turn at South Oyster Bay Road and continue to Jericho Turnpike; make a left turn. NSHU at Syosset is on the right, ¼ of a mile down the road.

From Queens Take the Grand Central Parkway East. It will become the Northern State Parkway. Take the Northern State to exit 36 North. (South Oyster Bay Road). Continue on South Oyster Bay Road and continue to Jericho Turnpike; make a left turn. NSHU at Syosset is on the right, ¼ of a mile down the road.

From Brooklyn Take the Belt Parkway East. It will become the Southern State Parkway. Take the Southern State to exit 28N (Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway, Route 135 North). Continue to the end of the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway. Exit at Jericho Turnpike (Exit 14). Take Jericho Turnpike ¾ of a mile. NSUH at Syosset is on the right.

From Nassau & Suffolk (South Shore) Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 28A North (Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway, Route 135 North). Continue to the end of Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway. Exit at Jericho Turnpike (exit 14W). Take Jericho Turnpike ¾ of a mile. NSUH at Syosset is on the right.

From Nassau & Suffolk (North Shore) The Long Island Expressway to exit 43 (South Oyster Bay Road). Go North on South Oyster Bay Road. Continue to Jericho Turnpike; make a left turn. NSUH at Syosset is on the right, ¼ of a mile down the road.

Directions from the Syosset Train Station Take Jackson Avenue southbound to Jericho Turnpike. Make a right turn and the hospital is on the right. ½ mile down the road.
