Work Plan

For the

Seaweed Drying Site

The following work plan was developed by EE&G to document the activities to be conducted at the Toppino Property as a part of the beach cleaning project. These items provide a general understanding of the work to be performed as a part of this site usage.

1) EE&G will secure proper approval and permitting from the Florida Department of Environmental protection (FDEP) and work by guidelines set by FDEP

2) Prior to initiation of the seaweed drying effort a layer of imported fill material (crushed limestone) will be placed on the site as a barrier between the surface grade and the seaweed drying operation.

3) Seaweed collected fi-omth e beach cleaning project will be transported to the site for drying. EE&G will remove readily visible solid waste and garbage fi'omth e seaweed prior to delivery to the site. Upon completion of the drying effort dried seaweed will be driven off site and mixed with soil or fill or fertilizer.

4) Storage of materials that will be recycled for the fertilizer/fill.

5) EE&G will not dispose of petroleum hydrocarbons, liquids, chemicals or other products or wastes that may contain hazardous substances that could be contacted by stormwater and impact the property. 5751 Miami Lakes Drive Miami Lakes, Florida 33014 Tel (305) 374-8300 Environmental Services, LLC.
