24 hrs advanced reservation is compulsory to ensure the availability of your preferred booking time. Reservation is subject to space availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation on spa experience cancelled within 4 hours will be charged 50% on treatment as cancellation fee. A full charge will be imposed on a no show.
VALUABLES
We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. Lockers are provided, however we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
If you have low / high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin allergies, or other medical complications, we advise that you consult your doctor before reserving our spa treatments. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or af ter any spa treatment.
Your unborn baby and your safety are always the most important. Pregnancy massage is not our specialty, we therefore do not provide spa treatments to pregnant women.
