WORLD CNG LLC, Kent, WA January 2013- Present $20M Green Technology Company that designs, certifies, manufactures, and installs automotive fuel delivery systems for Compressed Natural Gas, Liquid Natural Gas, and Liquid Propane. With 4 locations, Seattle, Las Vegas, Dallas, and Chicago, the company was in need of turnaround to become profitable and scalable. A strategic plan with fund raising was developed and executed to initiate the turnaround. Recruited by the President to turnaround operations and create a performance based culture. Company was in a loss revenue position.

Director of Operations • Implemented companywide Lean Training covering all departments and teams with Greenbelts. The business shipped approximately 60-70 per month including traditional stretch limousines, hearses, specialty buses, and executive van transport vehicles. All manufacturing migrated to Mexico in April 2011.

VENTURE VEHICLES / PERSU MOBILITY, Los Angeles, CA August 2007-June 2012 A Venture Capital based startup company promoting a 3 wheel tilting PHEV vehicle for North American Market. New CEO’s (2) were hired for fund raising between 2009 and 2011. All engineering and operations support was primarily directed towards fundraising activities using the prototypes and a full-scale model in various venues across the country.
