The role of Higher Education Commission (HEC) has been remarkable for advancing indigenous and foreign scholarships to build capacity of the Higher Education Institutions for making education relevant, and promoting innovation, product development and commercialization. The HEC scholars after completing PhDs are now being inducted into the universities under Tenure Track System (TTS).
