Support by 720 km feeder road (-Tebingtinggi, - and - ) with cost estimate for Land acquisition Rp. 8 Trillion, Construction cost around: Rp. 51.8 Trillion and Investment Cost Rp. 60 Trillion 6. HGH as a result of MARS Project assist by KOICA KOREA (2008-2010) and also part of Feasibility Study also done by KOICA-Korea. The Feasibility Study Output is the ROW Plan to be used for Land Acquisition and as well financial mechanism.
