Dade City Ginnery and Feed Mills J. P. Howland, Jr., Prop. W e beg to announce to the public that our grist and feed mills are ready for your patronage, and assure you we are preparing to give you the very best obtain able in our line, and, therefore, do not hesitate to solicit your patronage. Besides the best meal and grits, we are prepared to grind feed stuffs from Velvet Beans, Snapped Corn or any kind of grain or forage. It will soon be time to market cotton, and an advance word on that subject would be timely:

Please do not mix your long and short staple cotton. It will not bring as much when sold in the seed by from three to six cents per pound, and will cost half as much again to gin it, and then will be -an inferior grade that of course will sell for a reduced price. We drop this hint in the hope of helping someone to get more for their cotton, end with a minimum of labor and cost. We are prepared to buy Sea Island (long staple) cotton in any quantity, and our prices will be so high that it will hardly pay any one to gin— unless they have a very special use for the seed.

It is to our interest to see that farmers obtain the best planting seed for the coming crop, and will be prepared to furnish the best seed at cost. W e are here to stay, and trust to merit your very liberal patronage.
