1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background of the project Puravankara Developmental Private Limited, #130/1, Road, – 42, propose to develop Residential apartment at at Thanisandra Village, K R Puram Hobli, Bangalore East which consists of 1044 apartments. Total site area of the proposed project is 48384.79 Sq m with the built up area of 197302.76Sq m.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT SITE 2.1 Location The proposed construction of Residential group house project is located at Sy No. 3/3, 7(P), 8/1(P), 9/2A, 9/2B1 & 26/1(P) at Mallasandra Village, Hobli, Bangalore South which is in Latitude 13° 3'49.01"N and Longitude 77°38'7.18"E. The Satellite Image of the project site is shown in Figure 2.1

The land ownership documents are given in Annexure II. The total built-up area of the proposed project is 197302.76 Sq m. The proponents have applied for development plan approval from Bangalore Development Authority to construct building comprising of 1044 units comprising of 3Basement + 1Stilt +G + 33floors & a clubhouse and will submit the copy of the approval letter Once received.
