Inviting Quotation from eligible bidders for providing and fixing the Tables with Sinks works at NaCSA AOC Laboratory located at Nagalanka, Krishna, Andhra Pradesh.

Introduction:

The National Centre for Sustainable Aquaculture (hereinafter referred as “NaCSA) is a society registered under the AP Societies Registration Act 35 of 2001 under the administrative control of The Marine Products Exports Development Authority (herein after referred as “MPEDA’), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. NaCSA with its Head office at Boat Club Road, Ramanayyapeta, Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh is entrusted with the forming of clusters of shrimp farmers as primary task of promotion of export of marine products from India. The long-term objective of NaCSA is to enable aquaculture farmers to adopt sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices to produce quality and safe aquatic products through organizing the farmers as societies and adapting of Better Management Practices (BMPs) and technical support. The farmers are in need of reliable soil, water and other aqua inputs testing laboratories including seed testing lab with PCR facility. Since the farming communities have well recognized the service of NaCSA in implementing the Best Management Practices and farm level guidance to the farmers So NaCSA intended to establish testing lab facilities to its society farmers. And NaCSA’s one of mandate is to establish aqua labs for the society farmers.

Job Description:

Providing and fixing the Working Tables with MS Box Pipe Rectangular Frame with Legs. Specification: MOC: 40x40mm MS Square Pipe, Thickness: 1.5mm, Powder Coated, Granite Top Steel Gray, PP Rectangular Sink: 560x355x245mm with outer Nipple. MS Table: Size 5 X 2 Ft – 7 No’s Size 4 X 2 Ft – 4 No’s PP Sink: 4 No’s

General Instructions:

1. You are required to visit the sites to know about the requirement in person on any working day during office hours. 2. The material specified has to be strictly adhered to and the workmanship should be of superior quality. 3. You should make your own arrangements to transport the materials to the site. 4. Quality of work carried out shall jointly be taken by you/your representative and NaCSA and payment shall be actual work one. 5. The work is to be completed within one week from issue of the work order. 6. Quantities show in this notice is approximate and payment shall be made as per actual quantities/measurements. 7. The responsibility for the safety, security and accounting of the materials and equipment brought or installed for completion of the work will remain with you till the completed work is handed over to NaCSA. 8. You are responsible for clearing the site of the debris, rubbish and the left-over materials as and when accumulated once in every day so that the site is kept clean and orderly. No additional payment will be made for this. 9. The filled quotation form should be sealed and reached on or before on 05.03.2021at 4.00 P.M. 10.
