The Ensemble: The Creative Team will be looking for a cast of roughly 10-15 children and 40 adults. Within that, the Ensemble will play roles written for Children, Inventors, Soldiers and Townspeople.

Boris and Goran: The two incompetent Vulgarian spies working for the Baron and Baroness of Vulgaria. Boris, though he is not very smart, is the leader. Goran is his sidekick. • Gender – Male • Age: Adult • Vocal Range: Boris:Tenor Goran: Baritone or Tenor

Baroness Bomburst: Head of the Vulgarian Parliament and a hater of children. She is tyrannical and dramatic. • Gender - Female • Age - Adult • Vocal Range: Mezzo Soprano

Baron Bomburst: Tyrannical ruler of Vulgaria and a lover of toys. A man- child, he is very immature and needy. • Gender: Male • Age: Adult • Vocal Range: Baritone

The : He makes sure that Vulgaria is child-free. He is evil(but not over the top scary) and manipulative. • Gender: Male • Age: Adult • Vocal Range: Non-singing role

Grandpa Potts: Caractacus Potts’ father, A former war hero. He loves to tell old war stories. He is the grandfather of Jeremy and Jemima.

Truly Scrumptious: Daughter of the famous candy maker, Lord Scrumptious. She is strong, independent, and kind. She falls in love with Caractacus Potts. • Gender: Female • Age: Adult • Vocal Range: Mezzo Soprano

Jeremy and Jemima Potts: Caractacus’ children. They are adventurous children with active imaginations and are very good children. • Gender: Male and Female • Age: 10 – 13 • Vocal Range: Treble (Jeremy), Soprano (Jemima)

Caractacus Potts: An eccentric, brilliant, English inventor and loving father and son. His inventions and children are his life. • Gender: Male • Age: Adult • Vocal Range: Baritone
