Project included construction of main road in total length of 8.9 km. Two tunnels constructed were: tunnel Čemerno and tunnel Surdup, in total length of l=2.305.00m. Tunnel Čemerno is 2,109.00 m long, and tunnel Surdup is 196.00m long. Both tunnels were constructed by applying the New Austrian construction method (NATM), including all electrical and mechanical installation. Reconstruction of RC bridge over the railway - rehabilitation of piers, bridge supports, connection of existing piers in single RC carcass, rehabilitation of the bridge substruction, works on carriageway and guardrail replacement. The piles for abutmnets are made from the bank, and for the construction of the piles for the river piers, the temporary islands are constructed for the access of the mechanization. The cofferdams for pile cnstruction are made of the steel planks. The piles are concreted according to the contract procedures with the protection of pile body from the steel pipes. The bridge structure is leaned on two abutments and four river piers which are made in steel formwork, and the bridge structure is made of precast prestressed girders, L=40 m, T-2600. The girders are mounted with crane. Over the precast prestressed girders are placed cross girders, and deck slab is Obayashi partially constructed in-situ. The protection of island for construction of bored piles is executed by Preparation of preliminary design and Laktaši stone mound, and for the needs of pile concreting, the construction of construction of bridge over the River Milovan cofferdam with steel planks.
