As usual we will meet in the foyer of the Methodist Church for the short candlelit procession to the tree on King’s Green for the switch on ceremony and carol service. This moving tribute offers the opportunity, at this special time of the year, to remember and reflect on those that have passed, with each light on the tree representing the life and memory of someone cherished. Afterwards everyone is invited back to the church to enjoy hot drinks and mince pies while recollecting precious memories. To sponsor a light in memory of your relative or friend contact St Clare Hospice on 01279 773750.
