Old Navy $24K Sweepstakes Official Rules Old Navy $24K Sweepstakes Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. Eligibility: Old Navy $24K Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia), Puerto Rico and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. One (1) winner per household family. A “Household Family” is defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence at the date of the Sweepstakes. Employees of The Gap, Inc., HelloWorld, Inc., and their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize/receiving an Offer is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), an in-store flip flop hunt game (the “Flip Flop Hunt Game”) and an offer (the “Offer”). 2. Sponsor: The Gap, Inc., Two Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, U.S.A. Administrator: HelloWorld, Inc., 3000 Town Center, Suite 2100, Southfield, MI 48075 U.S.A. 3. Timing: The Promotion begins on June 15, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. United States Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 15, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion. 4. How to Enter: a. In-store Flip Flop Hunt Game and Code Entry for Online Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Old Navy store location. Search the store for a single Promotion golden flip-flop. Only one (1) member of each Household Family can participate. The number of golden flip-flops per store will vary; see Appendix A, at the bottom of this document, for how many golden flip-flops are available in your Old Navy store location. Once you find a single Promotion golden flip-flop, bring it to a store associate. If you are a Canadian resident, you will be required to correctly answer a time- limited skill-testing question in order to be eligible to receive a Flip Flop Hunt Game prize. You will receive a $24 USD Old Navy gift card (terms and conditions apply*) and an In- store Flip Flop Hunt Game piece containing a unique code (the “Code”). Once you obtain a Code, during the Promotion Period, visit URL listed on the Flip Flop Hunt Game piece (“Promotion Website”) and complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. Then, follow the instructions to enter the Code. Once the Code is validated, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and a promo code good for 24% off your next purchase (“Offer”). In the event that an entrant engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is violent, destructive, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any consumer or Old Navy employee while participating in the Flip Flop Hunt Game, Sponsor reserves the right to remove any consumer from the store and disqualify him/her from the Promotion. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to award any Flip Flop Hunt Game prizes and game pieces in a random alternative manner to minimize any further disruption to the store. b. Fastest Finger Online Sweepstakes (limited to the first 4,303 entrants): During the Promotion Period, visit https://oldnavy.gap.com/ and look for the virtual golden animated flip-flop. This does not include the golden flip-flops that are sold for purchase on https://oldnavy.gap.com/. Once you locate the virtual golden animated flip-flop, click on the image of the flip-flop and navigate to the Promotion Website. Then, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. If you are one (1) of the first four thousand three hundred three (4,303) people to register, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and a promo code good for 24% off your next purchase (“Offer”). If you are not one of the first four thousand three hundred three (4,303) people to register, you will receive a promo code good for 24% off your next purchase (“Offer”). Limit: Each Household Family may play the Flip Flop Hunt Game one (1) time during the Promotion Period; each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry; and each entrant may receive one (1) Offer during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player.
