Goodwin: Editor's Page The Editor's Page Part I of Mr. McLaughlin's article, "What Has the Supreme Court Taught?", which appeared in our first edition has provoked considerable comment and not a little critical praise. Moreover, the United States Supreme Court has decided to hear the Roane County school bond case which Mr. McLaughlin carefully analyzes and criticizes in his article. For these reasons, the editors highly recommend this article to you. Part II of Mr. McLaughlin's article will appear in the next edition of this volume. William Robert Wooten has been elected Editor-in-Chief of Volume 73, West Virginia Law Review. Mr. Wooten is from Beckley, West Virginia. He has selected his editorial board, and the staff of Volume 73 is already at work on their first edition. The Law Review encourages you to write to us concerning your reactions to the articles appearing in the Law Review. A con- tinuing dialogue between the Law Review staff and the members of the Bar can only serve to enhance the quality of our publication.
