Introduction to Scotch Starting off in the Lowlands we haveAuchentoshan Three Wood – arguably the best example of modern Lowland malt, light, fruity and supremely well balanced. Then we travel north and show an absolutely quintessential example of a tropical and waxy highland whisky in Clynelish 14. To finish our journey, we travel to the Hebridean Island of Islay and the newest member of the family with Kilchoman Machir Bay. A fantastic example of young medicinal peat smoke Price 250 dkk

Cask expressions of Speyside Oh my, oh my.. You are in for some ride! Firstly you will taste a Balvenie 21 Port Wood, finished in 30 year old port pipes, this is a masterpiece showing Speyside at its best. Your next power dram is a Linkwood 20, this is a sherry dragon that spent its early days in Olorosso casks then further matured on PX butts before being bottled by Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Last but definitely not least you will sample aBenRiach 18 Latada, a Speyside beauty crafted by Billie Walker and finished on Madeira casks. It’s has peat, it has depth and it just keeps on giving! Grain To start our grain journey we go to John Glaser’s Compass Box and their exceptional Hedonism. This blend of grain is really everything you are looking for. Light, sweet and floral. Next up isLoch Lomond distillery with a single grain, sweet, fruity and punchy. To finish we will help you select one of our single cask grain whiskies from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society - all of which are bottled at their full cask strength Price 250 dkk

Tri-State Starting our American journey in Chicago, at the Koval distillery and their Wheat whiskey. Aged in PX barrels, this whiskey is sweet, fruity and spiced. Next we travel to Kentucky for the Four Roses Small Batch 2016. This is new master distiller Brent Elliot’s first small batch and is therefore highly sought after. To finish we have Utah’sHigh West – the world’s only ski-in distillery - and their Double Rye. This whisky is a blend of two rye whiskies, one 2 year old and one 16 year old. Rich, full and spicy, just as a rye should be. Price 300 dkk

My Peat is bigger than your Peat For our smoky journey we start with a Lowland and the new Ailsa Bay. This is a great example of a distillery producing something totally unexpected for their region. Light, crisp and fruity. Then we travel to Campbeltown and the Longrow Red 13 years old and aged in Malbec casks, this whisky is bright, rich and tannic. To finish off we move across to Islay for theArdbeg Kelpie (Ardbeg Day 2017 release). Aged in oak casks from the Dead Sea, this intense- ly powerful whisky is salty and rich with a long finish. Speyside Starting off our Speyside journey we go to the iconicBalvenie distillery for their 21 Year Old Port Wood finish. This whisky is full bodied and complex. Then we have the recently relaunched Mortlach and their Old Rare. This rich heavy Speyside perfectly shows off the distilleries spirit. Finishing off with a single cask-cask strength whisky. This 20 year old Linkwood bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) is all sherry and spice. Price 400 dkk

Nordic Starting off in Denmark with theStauning distillery we have Kaos, a blend of rye, peated and unpeated whiskies. Up next is Thy Fad No.6 from the north of Jutland. This 2014 vintage expression is a great example of a young Nordic distillery and a real staff favorite. Across to Sweden to finish with Mackmyra’s Svensk Ek. This single malt has been aged in Swedish oak casks. Price 400 dkk

Asia We begin our Asian journey with Chichibu Ichiro’s Malt & Grain, a lovely blended whisky made with both malt and grain whisky primarily from Ja- pan. Over to Taiwan and the Kavalan Solist Series Vinho Barrique – recently voted the world’s best single malt whisky. Bottled at 58.6%. A real intense sherry bomb that packs some punch. Concluding our journey, we have the lesser-known Indian whisky Paul John Classic for a spicy and full cask strength malt. Price 500 dkk

Rest in Peace For our R.I.P journey we start off with a wonderful 1970’s bottling ofGilbey’s Spey Royal. This is a fantastic way to show how blends have evolved over the recent decades. Next we have a real crowd pleaser in Rosebank Flora & Fauna. Mothballed in 1993, a housing development now sits on the site of the old Distillery. The ultimate representation of a Lowland whisky, the Flora & Fauna is all hard fruit and floral sweetness. Then, where else could we end but on Islay with Port Ellen. This absolute behemoth in the world of Scotch collectors, writers, and most importantly drinkers is everything you could possibly hope for, and then some. We have managed to get our hands on a bottle of the 32 Year old (15th Release). Now a malt house on the island it is almost unquestionable that the distillery will ever produce again. You really have to try while you have the chance Price 2000 dkk

Dark & Smoky Our smoky twist on the classic Bermudan cocktail. 130 dkk Finlaggan Islay single malt whisky, freshly squeezed lime juice, homemade ginger syrup and Angostura bitters. A spicy, refreshing highball.

Irish Clover A prohibition era cocktail made here with Teeling Small 130 dkk Batch Irish whiskey, Noilly Prat dry vermouth, homemade raspberry syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice and egg white. Crisp, light and easy drinking

Peata Colada Who says whisky can’t be fun. Our take on a much loved 150 dkk summer cocktail, Compass Box Whisky de Table and Peat Monster, coconut cream and pineapple juice. Long, creamy and tropical
