Natixis expands its Wholesale Banking Latin American expertise; Announces 7 appointments in Origination, Structuring, Syndication, Credit, and Coverage

Natixis today announced that it has expanded its Wholesale Banking Latin American expertise with seven appointments focused on origination, structuring, syndication, credit, and coverage. They build upon the May appointment of Jean-Philippe Adam to head the Latin American platform, and extend Natixis’ Wholesale Banking Latin American network, which consists of a in Brazil and representative offices in Argentina, Mexico, and Peru.

Stéphane About, CEO and Head of the Wholesale Banking Americas Platform, said, “The appointments of these seasoned professionals mark an important step in taking our Latin American business to the next level. They strengthen our capability to deliver financing and market solutions to our clients.”

The seven appointments, based in New York, are:

Federico Fiorentini, Managing Director, Senior Originator, Structured & Asset Finance. He has 17 years of Latin American and emerging markets experience. Mr. Fiorentini was previously Director, Global Loans Syndication Group, Latin America at Credit Agricole CIB.

Patrick Senderens, Managing Director, Senior Banker – Head of Client Coverage, GEC- Latin America. He has more than 25 years of financial services experience, and has been with Natixis companies since 1991, most recently as the senior banker in charge of the ferrous metals industry on a global basis.

Helena Radzyminski, Executive Director, Senior Loan Syndication Manager. She has more than 20 years of Latin American and commercial banking experience. Ms. Radzyminski was most recently Executive, Head of Loan Syndication and Sales Latin America for .

Alejo Fernandez Sasso, Executive Director, Senior Credit Analyst. He was most recently Regional Credit Manager – Sao Paulo for BNP Paribas, where he worked for 14 years.

Gabriela Davies, Director, Senior Structurer. She was most recently Director, Latin America Loans Syndication Group at Credit Agricole CIB. Ms. Davies has 20 years of Latin America financial services experience.

Julian Cabrera, Vice President, Assistant Coverage. He joins the Platform from Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi–MUFJ, where he was an Associate in the Syndicated Loan Capital Market Group. Mr. Cabrera has more than 6 years of financial services experience.

Bernardo Palomera, Vice President. He is part of the Bond Origination team, and joins the platform from Credit Agricole CIB, where he was Vice President, Latin America Debt Capital Markets Origination and U.S. Private Placements. Mr. Palomera has 9 years of Latin American finance experience.
