ORDER:-

The draft declaration under section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1/1894) under the urgency provision of section 17(2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 submitted by the District Collector, Kancheepurtam District and recommended by the Principal Secretary and Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai in their letters 5th and 6th read above for acquisition of lands in T.S.No.20/1/1B etc. in Adambakkam Village, Alandur Town and Taluk at Kancheepuram District for the formation of Adambakkam Railway Station is hereby approved and it shall be published in the extra-ordinary issue of the Government Gazette and in the Tamil Daily Newspapers having vide circulation in the locality.

2. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to publish the 6 declaration in the extra-ordinary issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 25.01.2012 and he is requested to furnish ten copies

of the Gazette in which the declaration is published to the Housing and Urban Development Department and also the District Collector, Kancheepuram District.

3. Four copies of the declaration in Tamil are forwarded to the Director of Information and Public Relations, Chennai-9 and he is requested to arrange for their publication in the two Tamil Daily Newspapers circulation in the locality as ordered in paragraph 1 above immediately.

4. The Collector of Kancheepuram District is requested to instruct the Land Acquisition Officer to cause publication of the substance of the declaration at convenient places in the locality immediately.
