mtv unplugged download Was Miley Cyrus' 'MTV Unplugged' A Sneak Peek At Her Bangerz Tour? After 'Unplugged,' here's what we think we know about Miley's Bangerz Tour. We already know Miley Cyrus' Bangerz Tour will feature cats, covers and couture, but did her "MTV Unplugged" reveal even more details about the trek? Maybe. After all, Miley's tour kicks off in a few short weeks (February 14 in , to be exact), and we know she's been rehearsing for those shows. So while we're pretty sure we won't be seeing a cameo each night — or two dudes in a horse costume — we're pretty sure we learned a couple of things just by tuning in on Wednesday night. So, what can you expect on tour? Based on "Unplugged," here's what we know: It's Gonna Be Weird. Miley hinted at this last month, when she told reporters that the tour would feature "imaginative animals" designed by "Ren & Stimpy" creator John Kricfalusi, not to mention merchandise falling from the sky ("The kids want to keep the confetti, but I want to give them real things to collect," she said). But after watching "Unplugged," with its countrified costumes, faux fences and conga lines featuring a horse, well, all bets are off. Will there be an entire section of her performance dedicated to "Boot Scootin' Boogie?" Is Miley planning on one-upping Kanye's Yeezus tour merch? Can we expect a Billy Ray cameo? All three seem like possibilities, TBH. Will Not Be Present. Aside from a cover of her godmother 's classic "Jolene," Miley's "Unplugged" set was made up entirely of Bangerz tracks . shoot, she didn't even go back to Can't Be Tamed, and that was less than four years ago. While we're sure that will change on her tour (how else is she going to fill 90-plus minutes?) don't expect any deep cuts from her Disney era, aside from "The Climb," but, really, who considers that to be a Hannah song? Plenty Of Guest Stars. We don't think Miley is going to be sharing the stage with her fellow superstars on a regular basis, but given the sheer amount of cameos she's made over the past year — appearing on tracks with the likes of , Snoop Lion, will.i.am and — and her penchant for covers (not just "Jolene," but her genuinely great version of Bob Dylan's "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go,") expect the occasional cameo whenever Bangerz hits an artist's hometown — , in particular, since it's the home of both Mike Will and Future. Just don't bank on Dylan showing up. Miley made it clear that her "Unplugged" outfits were a tribute to Parton, and while we're pretty sure playing Hannah Montana was more than enough, we wouldn't be surprised to see Cyrus slip into an alter ego or two on her tour. Shoot, all the great pop stars have done it, and given her recent obsession with wigs, it would be pretty easy. And, hey, if she's looking for a suggestions, how about "Tina Twerk?" One of the most surprising things about Mileys' "Unplugged" performance was how well her Bangerz tracks translated to the stage. There's bound to be plenty of club-ready bass, but expect some of the album's quieter moments — like "Adore You," "Wrecking Ball" and "Drive" — to get makeovers for her tour. Each benefitted immensely from a backing band, and we suspect we weren't the only ones who noticed. Still The Same Old Miley. She did work the tongue and the twerk into "Unplugged," after all. Miley Cyrus: Four More Bangerz You Have to Listen To! MTV News breaks down the album cuts Smilers should hear now. For months, everyone has been talking about everything from her to her tongue, but now, Miley Cyrus can let the music speak for itself. On Tuesday (October 8), she released her fourth album, Bangerz, but in a way, it should be considered a debut album, since this is a Miley Cyrus we have never seen before. The "Miley: The Movement" star has completely shed her Hannah Montana image. In its place is a 20-year-old that is confident, focused and knows exactly what she wants. Cyrus holds nothing back on Bangerz, as she blends pop, hip-hop and even a little country over sweeping ballads and club-ready tracks. There is no question that Miley can really sing, as she shows off her impressive vocals. The album is interlaced with features including Britney Spears, Future, and , proving not only to her fans, but critics, exactly what kind of artist she intends to be. Smilers have already listened to the lead tracks, "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball," countless times, but there is much more to Bangerz, which is why MTV News has broken down four more tracks you need to listen to. "SMS (Bangerz)" Featuring Britney Spears. Former Disney stars Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears join forces on the Mike Will Made It-produced track, "SMS." With a beat reminiscent to Salt-n-Pepa's 1987 hit, "Push It," the girls "strut their stuff" over a heavy beat. Miley kicks it off by , "They ask me how I keep a man/ I keep a battery pack." Britney then brings in her signature vocals, taking over the mic, with memorable lines including, "You know I'm on that meow/quick to scratch your eyes out." The collaboration was a dream come true for the singer, who has made it no secret that she's always been a big fan of Britney's. "She loves Britney, she idolizes her, so, for her, working with her was literally #1 on her list of things to get done on the album," Larry Rudolph, Spears and Cyrus' manager, told MTV News. "So it was this moment when these two superstars came together and were in the studio together. It was great." "FU" Featuring . It's angry, soulful and rebellious. "FU" combines jazz and EDM over a hard-hitting, dramatic beat that has Miley channeling her inner Kelly Clarkson. The song gives girls a new kiss-off anthem for any guy that has done them wrong. Props to Miley for her use of acronyms "SMH" and "LOL," driving home her message. "I don't really have much to say/I was over it the second that I saw her name/I got two letters for you/one of them's F and the other one's U/'Cause what you gotta do, is go get yourself a clue," Miley sings on the track. "#GETITRIGHT" is a sunny, addictive, laid-back groove with a mellow beat that makes you want to sing along. The Pharrell-produced song has Miley's vocals encompassing the vibe as she brings out her southern twang to sing on the sexy, down-and-dirty track. "I'm dancing in the mirror/I feel like I got no panties on/I wish that I could feel ya/So hurry, hang up that damn phone," she sings. One of the many songs on the album that deals with love and heartbreak, "Maybe You're Right," shows off Miley's striking vocals over a drum- beat as she weaves a chapter-by-chapter love story — which she ultimately leaves behind. "Trying to figure out chapter three/But you're not giving me anything/this is what we are, then I gotta move on/you think this is everything, but this is no book of love," she sings on the power ballad. Since Miley recently went through her own breakup with ex fiancé , fans may assume that this is a glimpse into what went wrong, but interpret all you want, because as Miley says on the track, "this chapter's done."
